Pinball Asteroids
Normal gravity below the glass, none above it. The rocks drift forever and split in two every time the ball finds one.
Built from a prototype table by Nine Layer Nige, rebuilt for the workshop: same rules, workshop paint. Sound is generated in this browser and can be muted at any time.
02 How to play
Two kinds of gravity.
-
Launch and flip
Hold space or press the table to charge the plunger, release to fire the ball up the shooter lane. The dome at the top deflects it left into play. Keep it off the drain with the flippers.
-
Break the rocks
Asteroids drift in zero gravity and bounce off the walls forever. A hit splits a large rock into two mediums, a medium into two smalls, and a small into nothing. Clear the wave for a bonus.
-
Catch the orb
The last rock of a wave drops a gold orb. Catch it with the ball for an extra ball and a hyperspace jump — and an enemy ship in the next wave. Ram the ship for a thousand; its rockets destroy your ball.
-
Mind the wormhole
A vortex sits between the pop bumpers. Fall in and the ball is held for three seconds, then spat back into play with either extra balls or a ship. It only opens once per ball.
